How to place your order

1. When you have chosen one of the flower items, you will need to click the “Checkout” button. Then an information window will appear and you should fill in the information about delivery. After confirming this information, the system will transfer you to the LiqPay payment system, where you are able to pay for your order.
2. Order via Shopping Cart: If you need to choose several floral items, you have to choose the item and add it to your “shopping cart”. After completing the selection of floral goods, you should proceed to the cart, which is in the upper right corner, and place your order by filling in the information in all necessary fields.

Payment

1. You can pay for your order on the card of PrivatBank using cash deposit machine.
2. Online payment for your order can be done by Visa/Mastercard using Internet payment system LiqPay 
3. On the account of our store (Detailed information by phone +38 (096)123-888-5).
4. Payment in cash or by credit card in our store at the following address:  the city of Lviv, 2а Chornovola Avenue, Pavilion “Flowers”, place No.16.
5. In case the above mentioned options are not suitable for you, we will try to find another variant that is convenient for you.

Delivery

1. We deliver your orders six days per week (Monday – Saturday) starting from 9:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m. (Delivery in the evening (till 11:00 p.m.) and in the morning (till 09:00 a.m.) is possible by arrangement).
2. If you want us to do the delivery on Sunday, you should make your order on Saturday till 4:00 p.m.
3. If you need your order to be delivered in the morning, you should make your order the day before till 6:00 p.m.
4. Your order should be made not later than 3 hours before the needed time.

We can deliver your orders to:

• Airport
• Railway station
• Maternity hospital
• Office and hotel (when ordering delivery to an office or hotel, we can guarantee delivery to the front desk, as the establishment may refuse access to the recipient’s room or office).
• Hospital
• Other place that is convenient for you.

Working hours

• From Monday till Saturday from 8:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m.
• Sunday is a day-off.
